TopQuotes is not an insurer, a contractor, a broker of record, or a party to any agreement formed between a visitor and a provider.
The service is intended for residents of the United States who have reached the age of majority in their state. Submitting a request confirms that the person sending it meets these conditions and has the authority to share the details included in it.
Quotes are only as good as the details behind them. Anyone submitting a request agrees to provide information that is truthful, current, and complete, and to update it when something meaningful changes. Requests that appear false, misleading, or automated may be declined or removed without notice.
All quotes come from independent providers, not from TopQuotes. That means:
Submitting a request with contact details means agreeing to be contacted about that request by phone, text message, or email, in line with the consents chosen on the request form. Text messages can be stopped at any time by replying STOP, and help is available by replying HELP. Standard message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary.

Any dispute connected to these Terms or the service that cannot be resolved informally will be settled through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except where the law provides otherwise. Both sides waive any right to bring claims as part of a class or representative action.
